This project involves the demolition and removal of approximately 26,000 sqft of asphalt roofing to the concrete deck. New work includes priming the deck, installation of a vapor retarder, tapered insulation, roof board and the installation of a fabric-reinforced TPO (60Mils). Installation of new Walking Pads, new Pre-Finished Metal Coping, new Curb with continuous galvanized cap flashing, new Exhaust Fans, new Electrical Outlets and new Hose Bid. This project also includes the infill of 3 skylights.

Project Contract

This BOA also may be used to acquire minor construction work to be performed by a wide variety of trades. The majority of orders under this Agreement are expected to be small (between $2,001 and $100,000 each); however, individual orders as large as $1,000,000 in value are possible. Each BOA will be for a 12-month base period and up to two, 12-month option periods. The total value of work to be ordered under this BOA shall not exceed $4,000,000 per firm for the Agreement lifecycle.

Project Contract

General Construction Services for various District owned properties with in DGS Construction portfolio and maintenance facility locations that includes school, parks, recreation centers, and municipal buildings. These projects may include building upgrades, addition, tenant fit-out improvements but not limited to, patching and plumbing, carpentry, masonry, window installation, trailers installation, HVAC and other building systems upgrades, electrical, small park/playground renovations and other miscellaneous construction services as may be necessary at the Project Locations.

Project Contract

Job Order Contracting for Mechanical Services throughout Prince George's County Public Schools. This is an indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contract for construction/efforts at Prince George’s County Public School facilities. The School Board of Prince George's County will award Mechanical projects by individual delivery orders on an as needed basis.The contractor shall furnish all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision and other items and services necessary to design, manage, and accomplish a broad range of maintenance, repair, alteration, and/or renovation work on various PGCPS facilities.

Project Contract

Installation and/or replacement of mechanical systems including Heating and Air Conditioning (HVAC) and Plumbing and related components, including but not limited to Boilers, Chillers, Pumps Piping, Air Handling Units, Ductwork, Variable Air Volume (VAV) boxes, Valves, Duct cleaning, Air and Water Balancing, Controls, Commissioning and other related appurtenances for the County of Fairfax.

Project Contract

IDIQ Contract Base Year with 4 Optional Years. Perform Emergency Nuisance Abatement and Emergency General Construction Services on commercial, residential and multi-storied occupied and vacant properties within the District of Columbia. Provide all the labor, materials, supplies, equipment, permits, licenses and onsite supervision to complete regular and emergency services for all carpentry, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, mechanical services, landscaping and grounds maintenance, masonry, concrete, demolition and general Maintenance.
